Software License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Manish Dhaker grants to Roshan Nursing Home a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Home Care Management System (HCMS) software.

2. Scope of Use

This license permits the installation and use of the Software on servers owned or controlled by the Licensee. The number of authorized users shall be in accordance with the purchased license tier.

This license includes access to software updates and technical support in accordance with the current support policy and service level agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, remain with Manish Dhaker and any applicable third-party licensors.
